COVID-19: another death in Ottawa
Ottawa Public Health announced on Wednesday that a new death related to COVID-19 has been reported in Ottawa, bringing the total to 7 in the federal capital.
The Ottawa health authorities have confirmed that 429 new cases have been detected, an increase of 26 in 24 hours.

In total, 14% of cases have been hospitalized and 5% are currently in intensive care.
The public health agency also confirms outbreaks of cases in two other establishments, the Madonna center and the long-term care center Carlingview Manor.
Ottawa Public Health also notes an outbreak in another unit at Hôpital Montfort. Recall that a first outbreak had been reported in the French-speaking hospital on Tuesday.
