COVID-19: two other deaths in Ottawa
Two other people died in Ottawa after contracting COVID-19.
S Public ante (OPH) made the announcement in its daily update. The age of the two victims is not yet known.
Since Sunday, 25 cases of the new coronavirus have been confirmed in the federal capital. According to SPO, this brings the total to 370 people who contracted COVID-19 in Ottawa, just over 8% of the 4,347 cases across Ontario.
There is also an outbreak of the new coronavirus at a seventh facility in Ottawa. This is the Montfort Hospital.
More details should be known during a press conference scheduled for 2:30 p.m. in which the head of SPO, Vera Etches must participate.
