On Saturday, March 16, in the us city of Arlington (Texas) world champion under version IBF Welterweight Errol Spence Jr. had a successful for protection of lightweight title against Miguel angel “Mikey” Garcia.
The first rounds of Spence proved their advantage, using their dimensions, particularly the length of the hands. Garcia with honor withstood the powerful attack of the champion and continued to go forward, but all he managed to show in the battle – courage and fortitude. He survived all 12 rounds, after which the judges gave 120:107 and twice on 120:108 in favor of Spence.
